Accessing the Kickstart Scheme



The Kickstart Scheme allows businesses to recruit young, unemployed people aged 16-25 into their businesses at no cost to the business. The Government will pay 100% off the employee’s National Minimum Wage salary for 25 hours per week – plus a £1500 one off payment to support with recruitment and training costs and Employer National Insurance Contributions & minimum pension contributions paid!
