The result is a fragmented system where cutting-edge solutions rarely achieve widespread adoption, limiting improvements in patient care, operational efficiency, and economic growth.
The Innovation Strategy for the University Hospital of Liverpool Group and the adult acute and specialist providers in Liverpool has been developed with input from stakeholders within the NHS, Academia and Industry.
This strategy outlines a transformational change agenda for healthcare delivery across the University Hospitals of Liverpool Group – creating a seamless pathway from idea to system-wide adoption, with benefits for both the NHS and the regional economy.
The Festival of Innovation will:
- Launch the Innovation Strategy
- Announce the winning Lister Alliance application
- Celebrate innovation within the Liverpool adult acute and specialist providers
- Provide and opportunity for staff from the NHS to meet with exhibitors in small groups or on a one to one basis to discuss innovations.
