The Value Proposition Canvas (VPC) is an extension of the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and offers a deeper insight into the customer’s perspective, enabling businesses to understand the value of their products. It focuses on two main components: the Customer Segment and the Value Proposition, providing a detailed exploration of how a business’s offerings (products or services) align with customer needs, including their pains and gains.
