Purpose of the Workshop:

This workshop blends coaching and mentoring principles with practical models and tools that SME leaders can apply to their staff, and to themselves. Participants will explore how coaching improves business performance, how communication and personal values shape leadership, and how to use simple frameworks like GROW in everyday conversations.
In short: To give SME leaders hands-on experience with models that will help them support, motivate, and develop others, while growing their own self-awareness as leaders.
