As a community of experienced change practitioners, Onepeterfour leverage the principles of Action Learning, grounded in the pioneering research of Reg Revans, to address complex problems within the business landscape.

What to Expect:

  • Action Learning in Practice: Our sessions draw on proven methodologies to tackle real-world challenges. Participants will engage in structured Action Learning Sets, focusing on Situation/Context and Problem Matrix to drive meaningful solutions.
  • Peer Networking: Connect with 12 fellow business leaders from diverse trading sectors. Share insights, challenges, and strategies in a collaborative environment designed to foster mutual growth and problem-solving.
  • Facilitated Sessions: While the core of our approach is peer-driven support, our skilled facilitators will be present to guide discussions and offer targeted interventions based on the group’s emergent needs.
  • Tool Sheets & Reflection: Each session will include a tool sheet to guide conversations in pairs and small groups. Additionally, participants will be encouraged to reflect on their experiences using a learning journal, enhancing personal and professional development.

Two cohorts will be delivered, each consisting of 12 participants from different businesses. This ensures a rich diversity of perspectives and experiences.
