‘Introduction to Lean Startup’ (in-person workshop)

Lean Start-Up helps entrepreneurs reduce the cost of developing new products and services by ensuring that they do not waste time and money designing features that customers do not want. It emphasises the importance of getting customer feedback from the earliest stage of the development process. Many believe that application of Lean Start-Up principles gives entrepreneurs a better chance of success without needing large amounts of outside funding and the need to develop elaborate business plans.

This workshop is delivered through the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council which provides fully-funded start-up support to Liverpool residents looking to create a new business and to early-stage businesses based in Liverpool. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as the lead authority.

Please note this workshop is for Liverpool residents looking to start a business, or early-stage businesses based in Liverpool who have been trading for under 12 months. We reserve the right to cancel tickets for those not based in the Liverpool local authority area.
