To upskill and learn the skills and knowledge to produce a range of artisan breads including rustic, sour and sweet doughs, continental and decorative bloomers.
The session will allow delegates to participate in a workshop, shaping and moulding dough, understanding additional ingredients to flavour dough and apply a range of different finishing methods including toppings and decorative finishing techniques.
