This workshop from the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council is hosted by Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.
This workshop will cover:
- What are we working with: looking at the social media platforms businesses and brands have access to, and what are they suitable for
- Put your Customer first: who are they, how are they consuming & enjoying social media, how can you reach them.
- Content Strategy and Considerations: one size does not fit all!
- Engagement, Curiosity & Gaining Traction: what does it mean to go viral, how can you get people ‘interested & engaged’
- Case Studies & Open Discussion: looking at GOOD and BAD (or: could have been done better…) social media campaigns & moments.
Please note this session is for businesses based in Liverpool only.
This session is delivered through the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council which provides fully-funded support to existing businesses based in Liverpool and also to Liverpool residents looking to start-up a new business. This session is hosted by Liverpool Chamber of Commerce who are Liverpool City Council’s contracted business support partner for this service. The Business Support Service project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as the lead authority.
