The aim of this event is to support business owners/managers in identifying the ideal customers and then methodologies for connecting and winning business and retaining the best customers.

Without doubt the most important asset in any business is its customers but as without these quite simply there isn’t a business. However, not all customers are equal and many business owners and managers fall into the trap of attracting customers that are totally unsuitable for them and their products.
