Liverpool Business School (LJMU) are offering Fully Funded accredited training from the European Social Fund for people across the Liverpool City region who are looking to develop their Leadership and Management skills.
Do you want to:
- Gain the skills to effectively motivate others to improve performance in the workplace?
- Understand the theory of motivation, Maslow, Herzberg, Vroom and Locke?
- Understand the impact on organisational performance if employee motivation is low?
Following this training session, you will be required to complete an assignment to be able to achieve the qualification for this unit.
Eligibility:
This program is open to people living in the Liverpool City Region (LCR). We support those who are economically inactive and those who are employed. If employed the applicant must work for either a micro or SME based in LCR.
