This event centers on the integration of advanced materials in cutting-edge manufacturing processes. Additionally, it offers business networking opportunities for the Liverpool City Region’s (LCR) innovation network of advanced manufacturers, researchers, and experts.
LYVA Labs is funded by the government’s Launchpad programme to support LCR’s innovation network for advanced manufacturing and to organise events that bring businesses together to learn and, most importantly, connect.
The latest event in our Advanced Manufacturing series focuses on Advanced Materials and takes place at Partnership for Learning Charity Training and Conference Centre on Thursday 17th October, 09:00am – 01:30pm.
We’re bringing together leading organisations and industry professionals, building on the strengths of Liverpool City Region’s advanced manufacturing innovation network, to share knowledge on integrating advanced materials that support, refine, and enhance development cycles.
They will be revealing speakers soon, representing a range of backgrounds including insights from SMEs, research technology organisations, industry leaders, researchers, and experts.
Topic areas for the morning include:
- Advanced Composites: Lightweight materials, sustainability
- Smart Materials: Enzyme engineering
- Material Characterisation: Elastomerics
- Additive Manufacturing Electro Metalurgical integration
- Open mic session hosted by LYVA Labs: This session will invite attendees to stand and briefly introduce their company, fostering interaction with the right connections.
