LCR Community Environment Fund – project workshop

Online

Free

Join Spacehive for the first of their crowdfunding workshops where projects from across the Liverpool City Region can find out how to get involved.

The Liverpool City Region Community Environment Fund is now open! Green projects from across the Liverpool City Region can now apply for up to £30,000 for initiatives that improve the city region’s environment and encourage long-term behavioural change.

This year, the Combined Authority is working with community fundraising platform Spacehive, to give projects the added opportunity to crowdfund. Grants will then join pledges from the local community to bring your transformative initiatives to life!

Come and join us at our online workshop to:

  • Hear about funding available to help make your ideas happen.
  • Get advice on creating your project and how to run an amazing crowdfunding campaign.
  • Join breakout rooms to access specialised support for your project.

Now in its third year, The Community Environment Fund, launched by Mayor Steve Rotheram, has already supported 92 local environmental projects including community gardens, bikes for veterans, beekeeping and food growing initiatives.

Whether your project is big or small, we’d love if you could join us and share your idea. Click on the button to reserve your free place.

If you have any questions about the event or accessibility requirements, please email support@spacehive.com or contact the Combined Authority on cef@liverpoolcityregion-ca.gov.uk
