What colour are you? : Fiery red, cool blue, sunshine yellow or earth green?

This workshop will help you quickly and precisely measure your personality and gain deep insights into your interaction style, work preference and personality traits.

Based on the work of the psychologist Carl Jung and using a tried and tested methodology this free face to face workshop will give you an understanding of your dominant personality traits and how to relate better to others with different traits. By using fun, effective internationally recognised psychometric testing techniques you will identify your strengths and highlight areas for development. This will help to ensure that you are able to engage with yourself and others opening up communication and working better together. This in turn will build teams of individuals who are motivated in the right way to support and grow your business with you.

The model will help you to appreciate different frames of reference, understand your behaviour types and preferences, how to get the best out of yourself and others, understand inclusion and take actions to nurture an inclusive culture.

The workshop will be run by Fran Costello, an organisational and business psychologist, psychotherapist and coach who has worked with the DISC and Insights model for 20+ years. Fran has worked with large global and also smaller SME’s to improve behaviours, performance and growth of both the individuals and businesses. Fran is also a published author in the field of resilience.
