Liverpool Waterfront Breakfast

Port of Liverpool Building,
Pier Head, Liverpool
L3 1BY (see map)

Steeped in history and home to many of the city region’s most iconic buildings, the Liverpool Waterfront is a central pillar of the city’s cultural offering. From the Three Graces and the Royal Albert Dock to Festival Gardens, the Waterfront encompasses many of the region’s most exciting assets. It has undergone a significant and dynamic evolution over the years, and is now poised for the next phase of growth.

At King’s Dock, the final stage of regeneration is underway, with BPD and Faithful+Gould creating a residential-led mixed use development with opportunities for major cultural or leisure venues.

Another project set to transform an area of the Waterfront is the redevelopment of the King Edward Triangle. A joint venture between retailer TJ Morris and the Beetham Organisation, which delivered the West Tower, Liverpool’s tallest building, has acquired the industrial estate and will deliver a tall building cluster.

Insider’s Liverpool Waterfront breakfast event will bring together key stakeholders to discuss the vision and key opportunities for the area. We will hear from business leaders, developers, architects, and city planners, who can provide an insight into the collaborative efforts that continue to shape the waterfront’s redevelopment.

The panel of expert speakers will discuss topics such as:

  • What are the most recent deals and sites coming forward?
  • What are the opportunities for investors, developers and occupiers?
  • How are Liverpool & Wirral waterfronts complementary and what else needs to be done?
  • What is the longer term vision and potential impact on the city region’s economy?
