This free*, face to face, workshop will introduce you to the key tools and techniques that will help you to plan, and successfully deliver projects within your business. The workshop is ideal for small businesses (including sole traders) who recognise the importance of effective project management to maximise investment in new initiatives but are unsure where to start. You will work through approaches to planning, risk assessment and stakeholder analysis, which will provide you with a clear framework for your future projects.
The workshop will be led by Dr Alison Lawman, a Senior Lecturer at LJMU. Alison is an experienced project practitioner with a background in the financial services sector. She has practical knowledge of business start-ups and expertise in the application of risk management.
