This week they’re meeting Katie Latham from Teacher Card whose career as an Assistant Head Teacher meant she was very aware of the pressures on school staff, including the financial implications of strikes in recent years. Her new business aims to help this situation through rewarding educational staff by providing discounts and savings on various purchases.
The Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council are delighted to have Jacqueline Daley, their business advisor, hosting these lunchtime sessions online every Friday to introduce a variety of local businesses that they’re supporting, and explore their experiences to help inspire the future entrepreneurs in our city.

This workshop is delivered through the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council which provides fully-funded support to existing businesses based in Liverpool and also to Liverpool residents looking to start-up a new business. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as the lead authority.
