The session will explore some of the best Lean tools to help organisations work smarter not harder.
Building on the foundation of Lean principles, this workshop dives deeper into selecting the right Lean tools for your business needs. Following completion of the Lean Assessment Checklist, they will explore how to match tools to specific business challenges and resource capabilities. This session will provide practical insights on how to prioritise and implement Lean techniques, helping you drive efficiency, reduce waste, and create value in your manufacturing processes.

Liverpool City Council reserve the right to cancel tickets for those to whom this does not apply. The workshop is likely to be held in the city centre and further details will be provided in due course.
