Small businesses are a critical part of our economy and our communities; they are the heart of our high streets and vital local employers. Which is why, for the first time ever, Labour has a dedicated series of events at this year’s Annual Conference specifically designed for SME leaders. We want to hear from you about how a Labour Government could support your business, and create a climate in which small and medium sized businesses can grow and thrive.
The day will include roundtable discussions on a range of business themes with Shadow Cabinet members listening to your experiences to help design Labour policy. There will be Q&A sessions with key politicians and high-profile announcements as well as networking opportunities.
SME definition criterion must be met to attend SME Sunday: An SME is any organisation that has fewer than 250 employees and a turnover of less than €50 million or a balance sheet total less than €43 million.
Your ticket will include:
- Networking lunch and drinks reception
- Question and answer panel discussions with business leaders and Labour politicians
- High profile speeches by Labour politicians
- Interactive roundtable discussions to help design Labour policy
