Start-Up Support: Introduction to Business Planning and Market Research

Central Library,
William Brown Street, Liverpool
L3 8EW (see map)

Free

A business plan, with its included market research, is one of the most useful tools that your business can use to help you to understand your customers and assess the viability of your proposed venture. It can also help you to maximise your potential for profit and growth. If you’re about to start a new business, it’s vital to know the market you are entering, the opportunities and threats you might encounter, and those areas that will need to be addressed before you proceed any further with your enterprise journey.

Join this workshop to help you turn your business idea into reality.

This session is delivered through the Business Support Service at Liverpool City Council which provides fully-funded start-up support to Liverpool residents looking to create a new business and to early-stage businesses based in Liverpool. This project is funded by the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority as the lead authority.

Please note this session is only for Liverpool residents looking to start a business, or early-stage businesses based in Liverpool who have been trading for under 12 months. We reserve the right to cancel tickets for those not in these groups and those not based in the Liverpool local authority area. Confirmation of your place on this session will be provided as soon as possible after you register by a member of the team.
