I head up Brabners’ corporate department, where, together with my team, I advise on corporate transactions from start-up and early stage, through scale-up and growth (including by acquisition), through all funding requirements to succession and exit. I work for small, medium and large corporates and businesses. I also founded and help run the LCR Angel Network.
