Case Study: Fonebox

fonebox first approached the Business Growth Programme team at Liverpool Vision seeking support to build and grow the business, then received fully-funded support from our specialist advisors to develop a Strategic Business Plan which identified a number of priority actions.

Liverpool Vision also engaged them with the Manufacturing Technology Centre who have been able to support the manufacturing side of the business.

fonebox owner, Nathan Hughes, said ‘the support we have received through Liverpool Vision has helped the business progress quicker than our previous plans which is an enormous benefit. As a result we were able to install our units at the 2018 International Business Festival which has given us an international audience, which will be great exposure for our business.

Howard Fleming, Business Support Manager at Liverpool Vision said “at the very first meeting we could see the potential within the business and were very excited to be working with and supporting fonebox on their journey. The work with the International Business Festival is a real coup, we hope that they will pick up even more international clients”.

fonebox ltd are now looking at improving their manufacturing processes which will help streamline their operations build units more efficiently, which is part of their long-term strategy to grow the business exponentially over the next 5 years.

Nathan said: ‘I would recommend any business that is looking for solid advice and guidance to contact the Business Growth Programme team at Liverpool Vision.
