Barry Fletcher to lead Career Connect as new Chief Executive

The Board of Trustees of Career Connect have appointed Barry Fletcher as the successor to Kieran Gordon who retires after 19 years leading the organisation. Barry will be joining the Charity at the end of March 2020. He joins the organisation following a 15-year career at Ingeus, most recently as Managing Director leading their diverse business in the UK. He also holds Trustee positions with the Future Youth Zone charity, part of the Onside network, and is Vice Chair of Headlines, a specialist health charity.
