Recently named as ‘Ones to Watch’ under the Zero Carbon Economy category in Growth Platform’s #AmbitiousLCRList, Avrenim are making their mark as business leaders within the Liverpool City Region.
Liverpool based Avrenim is a full-service partner for facilities, energy and construction. Established in 2018, Avrenim was set up to initially control three specialist areas of service delivery, facilities management, projects and refurbishments, consultancy and advice and later restructured to concentrate on consultancy services and design, project delivery, facilities management and energy services. Avrenim’s main customer focus is large estate, including healthcare, educational and local authority customers.
Through service delivery, Avrenim remain conscious of carbon footprint and the work they complete for clients in turn supports customers through the UK energy transition from conventional power/thermal generation to low-carbon and renewable energy solutions to meet sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
Avrenim, one of the largest SME’s in the region, accessed support from the LCR High Growth Programme via the Edge Hill University Productivity and Innovation Centre (PIC) ‘Innovation Sprint’ programme which supports high growth businesses to dig deep into their data in order to increase productivity and drive innovation.
Since completion of the programme, Avrenim, have adopted a new business development technology and invested significantly in ongoing staff training, resulting in an increase in annual turnover, secured several new large contracts, and created 6 new jobs.
In May 2023 they announced new healthcare, commercial, and green energy project wins across the UK, with the contract values totalling in excess of £3.25m in quarter one. Avrenim has also announced rising revenues from £12m in 2022 to £17.1m in 2023.
