LM6 acting on behalf Kukoon Rugs have completed the letting of Hurricane 47 Estuary Business Park, Speke, Liverpool.
The unit built in 2019 extends to 47,462 sqft has been taken by Canadian 3 party logistics provider Lean Supply Solutions.
They took an assignment of the original lease making a long term investment in Speke where they are expected to employ over 20 staff on site .
