Civil and structural engineering firm, Sutcliffe, has successfully secured its place on Great Places Housing Group’s ICN framework, focusing on delivering high quality, sustainable and affordable homes across the north of England with a total contract value of £1.5bn.
As part of the national framework, Sutcliffe will deliver civil and structural engineering and site investigation, as well as principal design services for a range of clients between the North West and North East, joining an esteemed group of national organisations to support the development and delivery of affordable housing.
Having designed over 10,000 houses per year in the last 5 years, and with 90% of its housing schemes benefiting those from disadvantaged backgrounds, Sutcliffe’s inclusion on ICN’s national framework exemplifies its dedication to delivering unmatched quality, underpinned by nearly 40 years of invaluable expertise.
Sutcliffe’s relentless efforts extend across the north of England, and its inclusion on the framework is reflected in its wide-ranging portfolio of recent affordable housing projects which includes developments such as Longshaw Drive, Salford with contractors Seddons, Preston Regeneration for Onward Homes and Ivy Road, Macclesfield for Peaks and Plains Housing Trust.
