The Net Zero Essentials programme is designed for SME leaders interested in connecting with peers, academic expertise and industry partners to address the opportunities and challenges posed by the Net Zero Carbon agenda.

Who's it for?

- Based in North West
- Employ between 2 and 250 full-time equivalent (FTE) employees
- Annual turnover of less than €50 million (or the equivalent in GBP)
- Received less than €200,000 of de minimis State Aid in the last 3 years

Spark Sessions connect business leaders and senior decision makers with the curated business expertise required to overcome today's biggest business challenges.

Who's it for?
- Business leaders with three or more full time employees
- Trading for a year or more

River Capital EIS AI Fund (fund:AI)

fund:AI is the North’s first dedicated AI, Machine Learning and Data Science Fund.

Who's it for?
EIS businesses must be UK-based and not trading on a recognised stock exchange. They tend to be privately owned seed and early-stage businesses that have no more than £15 million in gross assets when shares are issued and no more than £16 million immediately after.

The companies we focus on are often B2B and occupy future-focused industries, including AI, Machine Learning and Data Science.
