New Markets 2, a successful support programme which has already helped 281 local SMEs grow has now launched a fast-track service for projects between £3K-£5K, entitled New Markets 2: Express.
Eligible businesses can receive a 35% contribution to the cost of consultancy services which can include financial advice, HR support, legal advice, strategic development including marketing and sales, and ISO accreditation, among others.
Janice Mears, Head of Business Growth for Growth Platform – Liverpool City Region Growth Company explains:
“We know that many small businesses are time poor that’s why, in response to those business needs, we have developed New Markets 2: Express for projects between £3-£5k. This new simplified process aims to speed up the process for businesses looking to access 35% grant funding towards consultancy and agency fees.”
Janice added: “This funding ends in June next year and we can only accept applications to the end of May so I would encourage any business to submit an application now.”
To apply for the funding businesses will need to:
- Get 3 comparable written quotes
- Complete the application form
- Submit your claim
When fully satisfied with the completed work and final payment to the supplier has been made businesses are able to claim the 35% grant from Growth Platform.
